This 'Assistant Sales Manager' will be working alongside a Sales Director to push and drive sales!

'Assistant Sales Manager' Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and leading the sales team to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
• Performing client valuations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Oversee property listings and ensure accurate and appealing representation.
• Handle negotiations and closings to achieve successful property transactions.
