Were looking for an enthusiastic manager to join and develop with a forward thinking independent Estate Agency. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced self-motivated individual who will work closely with our Sales Manager.
You should have previous experience in Estate Agency of at least 2 years and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in making each branch the leading sales outfit within their relevant areas.
Key objectives:
• Mentor and meet with all team members on a weekly basis
• Generate potential valuation appointments for each branch
• Win new instructions
• Engineering the touting system
• Listing and selling properties together with ancillary services
• Follow-up business leads
• Achieve minimum levels of business targets
The ideal candidate will:
• Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement
• Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be highly organized
• Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
• Display high standards of service and presentation
Experience / Qualifications:
- 2 years plus experience in the Estate Agency industry
- Previous listing experience, preferably within the area

Hours
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6.00pm
- Saturdays 9am to 4.00pm (Rotational Saturdays)
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
