We are currently recruiting for a Assistant Sales Manager to join our Client’s Volume Main Dealer in Chingford.
The successful Assistant Sales Manager will have previous experience as a business/transaction manager or in a sales controller role..
Our Client is offering the successful Assistant Sales Manager up to £50,000 OTE.

Key Responsibilities for this Assistant Sales Manager role:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
• Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
• Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
• Sell and Buy Vehicles

The successful Assistant Sales Manager will:

• Have a proven track record within a Assistant Sales Manager role
• Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
