We are seeking to appoint an Assistant SENDCo to join a popular and forward-thinking Faculty, with a
deep commitment to maximising the progress of SEND students across the school. You will have
previous experience in inclusive practice and will hold a relevant degree.

Fullbrook is a successful and highly popular mixed 11-18 Academy classified as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in
March 2022 We have a centralised behaviour system allowing teachers to focus on the thing they love;
teaching our aspirational students. Our culture is friendly and supportive with a strong commitment to
staff wellbeing and development. We have an active social calendar, including end of year trips, staff
sporting fixtures and access to a free gym onsite.
