SalaryRecruit Central are currently recruiting for a Assistant Centre Manager for there client based in Nottingham
The business is open 6 days a week and Saturday working is required with a day off in the week (CLOSED SUNDAYS)
Assistant Centre Manager responsibilities:
- Being proactive in helping the Centre manager achieve and/or exceeding sales targets and operating budgets
- Driving the quality and consistency of customer service
- Ensuring transaction and customer satisfaction targets are achieved
A minimum of 2 years experience within the automotive industry is preferred along with a previous track record of being a vehicle technician
You will be a certified or time served vehicle technician preferably with a Mot licence but not a game changer if not.
This will suit a vehicle technician with own tools looking to step up but the role is a hands on role with you also helping out in the workshop servicing and repairing vehicles on a 80/20 split in favour of the tools.
You will also run the centre (training given) when the Centre manager is out of the business so need to be a strong confident character.
Full driving licence essential
You will be paid a basic salary of between GBP32,000 - GBP36,000 OTE per annum.
