CCA Recruitment are growing their relationship with a well-known insurance company based in Nottinghamshire who are on the look-out for an experienced Operations manager to head one of their sales divisions.
The company thrive themselves on customer service, their Team Leaders need an experienced leadership professional to motivate and develop them in their role, to be hands on with coaching, 1-1s, whilst driving the ongoing change agenda and ensuring compliance at department level.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years in a Contact Centre Operations role within a sales department, have worked in a FCA regulated environment.
The candidate we are looking for will possess the following -

- An ability to plan strategically, creating a roadmap of operational plans that can drive results.
