Location: BMW & MINI Salisbury
Hours: 47.5 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Salary: Basic plus OTE up to £36,000 (site dependent)

The role
As an Assistant Service Manager, you play a vital role in the dealership, you will be responsible for assisting the Service Manager in managing and overseeing the provision of quality services to customers. Full training is provided, so you don’t need to have worked in a car dealership before. Your first couple of weeks will include our Marshall Customer Journey induction programme, shadowing opportunities and a buddy system, all designed to help you settle into your new role.
Who you are
- Previous Service Leadership is essential
- You will have strong leadership Skills with the ability to lead and motivate
- You are comfortable working to deadlines and managing a team
- Tech savvy, ideally having used CRM systems in the past
What you’ll do
- Working alongside the Service Manager to ensure the smooth operations of daily service activities
- Managing the performance of the service team by providing strong leadership, training, and guidance
- Develop policies and procedures to enhance service delivery with the Service Manager
