More about your role 

We have 2 roles available, 1 x Permanent part time role (29 hours per week) & 1 x full time FTC until October 

Join us as a pivotal member of our expanding services team in Bristol! As we broaden our reach, we're seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Housing and Wellbeing Coordinators towards establishing robust partnerships with stakeholders. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer journey from referral to move-in, offering continuous tenancy management and support.

Collaborating closely with our team and partners, you'll foster vibrant communities within our services while also integrating them into the wider Norwich community. Supported by our Service Manager, you'll provide effective and professional service management, ensuring alignment with contractual, legal, and internal policy requirements. As a compassionate leader, you'll personally guide your team through regular supervisions and training sessions, ensuring their professional growth aligns with their aspirations.

The role will be based across services within Bristol City Centre

Managing relationships with key stakeholders such as commissioners, local authorities, and social services will be central to your role. Additionally, you'll spearhead the identification of opportunities for service expansion and growth, aligning with regional objectives and targets.

Your expertise in areas such as safeguarding, supporting individuals with complex needs, and tenancy management will be invaluable in this role.

Your experience collaborating with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams within the housing sector will be highly regarded as you'll be instrumental in fostering strong partnerships to deliver exceptional services.
