Our Main Contractor client based in the Leeds area is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join their busy and expanding team, preferably on a 3 month temp to perm basis, but will also consider perm only candidates.
The initial project is a partial demolition, extension and full refurbishment of an existing stone built warehouse into high spec apartments in the Bradford area over a 67 week period commencing at the end of June.
The ideal candidate will come from a Joinery or other trades background with 8+ years construction experience with 1 to 3 years at Assistant Site Manager or Supervisor level delivering similar types of refurbishment projects.
