SalaryHenry Martin Group are partnered with a strong Residential Main Contractor to source a strong Assitant Site Manager for a large residential development in East London / Essex.
There are multiple blocks going up concurrently (RC frame). They range between 6-17 stories. You would be based on a single block looking after the external packages. This includes facades, waterproofing, landscaping, balconies etc.
This particular facade is a blend of brickslips and traditional brickwork. You should have previous experience overseeing brickslip facades.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the residential development project
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure the project meets specifications
- Assist in managing project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
- Help to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site
- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records
- Support the Site Manager in conducting regular site inspections and meetings
- Assist in coordinating and managing the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site
- Provide support and assistance to the Site Manager in any other tasks or duties as needed.
