Our client is a growing main contractor working on industrial, education, healthcare, commercial, refurbishment and leisure projects across London and the Midlands.
Candidate:
We have are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to assist with the day to day managerial duties on a £10m commercial project in Hounslow. The successful Assistant Site Manager will have experience of new build construction projects.
Duties:
- Reporting to the Project Manager
- Client Liaison/ meetings
- Maintaining Health and Safety on site, including inductions, toolbox talks and completion of site paperwork
- Managing site staff and subcontractors
To be considered for this Assistant Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificate.
