Your Role:
Lead Coordinator: Collaborate effectively with the Site Manager to guide the team professionally.
Safety Compliance Officer: Prioritize safety protocols to maintain a secure construction site.
Quality Assurance Leader: Coordinate work meticulously to optimize production without compromising quality.
Collaboration Expert: Cultivate effective partnerships with Sub-Contractors, suppliers, and Utility providers.
Interim Site Manager: Assume leadership in the absence of the Site Manager, ensuring uninterrupted progress.
Property Inspection Specialist: Prepare new homes for final inspection, ensuring each detail meets the highest standards.
Customer Experience Supervisor: Oversee the customer journey, aligning satisfaction with our unwavering commitment to excellence.
Financial Efficiency Supporter: Collaborate with the Site Manager to maintain cost efficiency.
Policy and Procedure Specialist: Navigate policies and procedures with strict adherence and a professional approach.
Your Gear:
Qualifications: National house build experience, NHBC or equivalent award-winning site experience, SMSTS, black CSCS card, full first aid certification, TWC certification, NVQ L6.
Requirements: Flexibility, reliability, IT literacy, a valid UK driving license, and a professional approach to work.

Join us for a full-time adventure in our 'site based' position covering Staffordshire and Wolverhampton. You'll enjoy a flexible week split between workspaces, sites and home. Due to the level of travel required, we will also provide you with a company car or cash allowance alternative. A Full UK Driving Licence is a must for this dynamic role.
