SalaryAn Assistant Store Manager is required to work with our client, Argento, a well known high street fashion jewellery retailer. The successful candidate will be based win Erneside Shopping Centre, Enniskillen. This is a permanent position that will start immediately with an annual salary of £25, 209.60, working 40 hours per week on a rota basis including day, evening and weekend shifts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisor experience looking to grow their skill set and further their career.
What The Job Entails:
- Plan, prep and manage stock takes
- Deal with customer concerns in a professional, calm, efficient and helpful manner
- Supporting the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store
- Banking responsibilities
- Optimising sales through effective customer service and selling techniques
What We Need from You:
- A minimum of 1+ years supervisor experience
- Experience of serving customers in a high footfall environment is require
- Experience working towards KPIs and managing sales
- Experience in executing company visual merchandising standards
