This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Administrator to join a project team.
Supporting the project teams with control and management of technical drawings and documentation. Support the Site Management during Installation and Commissioning activities to follow-up, monitor KPI and implement corrective actions.
What you will be doing:
- Providing technical support to the on-site project teams
- Co-ordination and control projects from the design stage, through to completion and the handover to Customer Site.
- General administrative support
- Monitor of cost/sales budgets
- Resource tracking, cross referencing to weekly timesheets.
- Preparation of the monthly major contract review presentation
- Assess technical contents of tenders received from suppliers.
What you will bring to the team:
- Experience of producing presentations and reports
- Experience within a site-based engineering organisation.
- Knowledge and understanding of technical drawings, specifications, schedules, and means and methods.
- Analytical skills to understand and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and measurements.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of materials and resource allocation, manufacturing and commissioning tools, and execution according to plan specifications.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years as Site Project Team member
