Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Store Manager for seamless store operations
• Foster the growth and development of store colleagues
• Efficiently manage stock and customer accounts
• Work with colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets
• Inspire and deliver first-class customer service
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships

• Proven experience in supervising a store and reviewing performance
• Understanding the importance of nurturing and developing a high-performing team
• Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
• Proficient computer skills and numerical acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Thrives in a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is paramount
