As an Assistant Manager in our Flagship Store, you will act as a brand ambassador; engaging with customers, drive sales and always #Playasoneteam. You will be an experienced people manager; ideally bringing experience from a high profile store environment with a team of 40-60 people.
Responsibilities:
• You will support the Store Manager to inspire and coach the team
• Lead by example to deliver excellence
• KPI driven and commercially aware of the business performance
• Follow the performance management process alongside HR processes
• Support with the smooth operational running of the store
• Embrace high standards of visual excellence
