Rate: Umbrella, negotiable
- To support the development of HB Public Law jointly with the other Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders. Specifically this will include:
- To advise on matters arising in all areas of Civil Litigation, including housing, homelessness and licensing, covering multiple clients, including local authorities casework which includes complex corporate projects.
- To advise on high profile matters, including advising elected members at council meetings in a proactive and politically sensitive manner.
- To act as a senior liaison point for clients and to line manage, provide professional support, supervision and development for more junior colleagues in Civil Litigation.
- To support the Team Leader in the running and development of the team, including deputising in the Team Leader’s absence.
