Job description

We are looking for a skilled social work professionals to join the Social Work/Assessment & Care Management Services within the Integrated Learning Disabilities Service as an Assistant Team Manager. We are a highly successful service which provides seamless health & social care services to people with learning disabilities and their families/carers. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and who are committed to working with a wide range of partners to deliver high quality social care services. The successful candidate will have:
• A proven track record of managing people
• Significant experience of working in and influencing diverse staff groups and networks
• An in-depth understanding of the needs of people with learning disabilities and relevant national priorities and drivers
• Sound financial and budget management skills
• A sound understanding of performance frameworks and an ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve the highest standards.
• Significant experience in safeguarding adults in line with Making Safeguarding Personal
• A social work qualification and Social Work England registration
