The Associate Building Surveyor role

Key responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional surveying services across a variety of sectors, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Actively engaging in business development activities to foster growth and bring in new client opportunities.
- Managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Contributing to the strategic planning and direction of the Building Surveying team in Liverpool.
The Associate Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualified with substantial experience in a building surveying role within a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Demonstrated expertise across a broad range of sectors, with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in each.
- A proven track record in business development and client management, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a commitment to developing others and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building robust relationships with both clients and colleagues.
