The Associate Building Surveyor's role
As the Head of Licences to Alter, you will be the forefront of developing and refining this crucial service line. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Pioneering the Licences to Alter service, setting strategic directions and ensuring its successful integration within the firm's broader offerings.
- Engaging with an impressive and diverse client portfolio, undertaking exciting and meaningful works that highlight the firm's commitment to excellence.

- Working closely with stakeholders across the firm to enhance the visibility and impact of the Licences to Alter service.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have?
- MRICS qualifed ideally.
- A proven track record as a Building Surveyor, with substantial experience in Licences to Alter and related fields.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in team development and a strong inclination towards nurturing talent.
- Strategic thinking capabilities, with a clear vision for developing service lines and enhancing business growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of clients and team members.
- A commitment to maintaining and advancing the firm's standing as a leader in the global real estate market.
