As the Associate Building Surveyor, you will manage a small team covering a range of experience levels, from graduates to senior Building Surveyors. Your focus will involve collaborating with private and public sector organizations on diverse property portfolios, offering expertise in repair, refurbishment, design, building maintenance, dilapidations, contract administration through to project management to name a few.
The ideal candidate is a driven and ambitious Senior Building Surveyor with relevant experience in education, commercial, government, and housing sectors. MRICS or equivalent professional body chartership and a minimum of 3 years PQE are required. You should possess strong mentoring skills for guiding team graduates and excel in client-facing situations.
