Associate Building Surveyor

An Associate Building Surveyor is now needed to join an interdisciplinary consultancy, enhancing their team within the West Sussex office.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role

This Associate Building Surveying opportunity involves overseeing projects with values ranging from £100k to £5M, predominantly within the sectors of education and healthcare.

As the chosen Associate Building Surveyor, you'll be immersed in a variety of services including project management, contract administration, conducting surveys, stock condition assessments, and the execution of planned preventative maintenance strategies. You'll be an integral part of a team of 5 mixed consultants, managing projects throughout the regions surrounding the M25.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS qualified.
• A significant amount of experience in a building surveying role, preferably with a focus on project services.
• Previous experience working within the healthcare and education sectors is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
