The Company:
We are collaborating with one of the UKs Largest Independent Brokers to bring fresh faces into a new team at an Associate Consultant capacity within the Bristol office.
The purpose of this role is to support the service delivery of client accounts across the People Solutions practice. Responsible for the development of client relationships, managing benefit reviews/placements and ensuring services are coordinated and delivered effectively.
The Role:
Join a team to drive the day-to-day servicing of client insurance programs, fostering business retention and growth across the People Solutions practice.
You'll play a pivotal role in major consulting projects, new business development, and regular client meetings.
Ensure renewal timelines are met, compliance requirements are fulfilled, and insurer relationships flourish, while coordinating with specialist teams as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in UK benefit broking/consulting environment
- Principal focus on healthcare and group risk insurances
- Exceptional client relationship skills
- Ability to manage time effectively focusing on priorities, targets and deadlines
- Good critical thinker and able to distil complex issues down into clear, actionable recommendations
- Demonstrate a desire to learn, a proactive approach and ability to research information
