Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. 
Purpose: 
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will be the linchpin connecting the best talent in the IOT or Video Technology space with our ever-growing client base. Orchestrating both the client and candidate journeys, you'll not only be sourcing and qualifying top-notch candidates but also nurturing invaluable client relationships, ensuring seamless recruitment processes.

Your performance will be gauged by the placements made, job registrations, and client and candidate activity. Working collaboratively with the team, you'll be the embodiment of our company's five core values throughout every interaction.

In essence, you'll be at the heart of ensuring that we maintain our reputation as the 'go-to' consultancy in the IOT and Video sectors by facilitating ideal matches between candidates and clients.

Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to:]

• Proactively engage with clients (outbound calls, LinkedIn, emails) to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert consultancy.
• Source, engage, and qualify potential candidates for various roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Register new job opportunities in our database and keep track of ongoing recruitment processes and adhere to strict compliance and hold a full understanding of rules and regulations within your sector.
• Always be on the lookout for new business opportunities and areas of expansion within the IOT and video sectors and spearhead business development efforts, including outreach calls, to expand our clientele.
• Understand and meet agreed personal key performance indicators and targets.
• In a 12 month rolling period deliver a minimum of 6 placements with a total revenue of E60k.
• Advocate and live by the five core values of 5Values in every task and interaction.

• Enjoys picking up the phone, great customer service skills and strong communication skills with the ability to convey opportunities convincingly.
• A knack for identifying potential business opportunities and driving growth.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and possessing a proactive approach to challenges.
• Competent at the use of systems, tracking and recording information on databases.

• Strong interest in deep tech and IOT sectors.
• Capable of multitasking and navigating the dynamic world of recruitment.

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
