ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Associate Director, you will spearhead mixed methodology projects of all sizes, managing them seamlessly from inception to delivery. This role demands a versatile individual with expertise in project management, data manipulation, qualitative moderation, and compelling report writing. Your ability to independently craft winning proposals and pitches will be essential in driving the success of our client's business.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing diverse projects, showcasing comfort with various sizes and complexities.
- Expertly juggle multiple projects while maintaining high-quality outputs at an accelerated pace.
- Utilize advanced data manipulation and visualization skills alongside effective qualitative moderation.
- Craft insightful reports that exhibit strategic thinking, providing actionable recommendations for clients.
- Independently generate winning proposals and pitches that highlight your strategic acumen.
- Grow client accounts, nurture lasting relationships, and confidently advise and challenge clients.
- Passionately coach and motivate junior team members, contributing to their professional growth.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Associate Director will have the following skills and experience:
- At least 5 years experience in Market Research
- Line management experience preferred
- Extensive Mixed Methods experience, both Qualitative and Quantitative
- Agency side experience a must have
- Experience managing the research process from end-to-end
- Strong client management experience
