Job Description
- Provide strategic leadership to a team of professionals and continue to grow the Manchester offering.
- Drive growth and business development initiatives - Networking and client development is key.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Lead and manage client relationships and engagements.
- Promote a positive and productive work culture within the team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Audit experience is not essential for this role.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate Director should have:
- A strong background in an accountancy practice; working at Senior Manager level or above.
- Proven experience in a leadership role and ability to network / develop a client base.
- Excellent strategic planning and business development skills.
- A high level of proficiency in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- A commitment to service excellence and a client-focused approach.
