My client, a renound Communications/PR agency are looking for an Associate Director to join them on a permanent basis to devise, drive and implement communication programmes using strategical research and insights. This role provides avenues to engage with various specialties and diverse sectors, allowing for the expansion and enrichment of skills by collaborating with exceptional professionals. Their unique services stem from their in-house proficiency, encompassing guidance in Corporate reputation and leadership, Political advisory, Growth Companies and Capital Markets, Digital Strategy, Purpose and ESG, Employee Communication and Engagement, and International Business.
Salary - £75,000 (DOE)

Candidate Specification:
- Experience in Corporate Communications.
- Experience working for a communications or PR agency is a must!
- Experience working in a communications role at management level, using impactful leadership and team maangement skills
- Leadership skills and collaborative approach to account management.
- Strategic advisor with industry and market understanding.
- Crisis management experience, adept at handling sensitive media relations.
- Trusted advisor to senior clients, willing to take well-considered risks.
- Develops high-performing teams with exceptional communication skills.
