Associate Director - Executive Search

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for bringing in new clients and vacancies and then sourcing appropriate candidates for senior appointments. You will be responsible for interviewing, screening and shortlisting candidates with the right skills, qualifications, and experience to succeed in the given role. You will also strive to develop lasting relationships with Clients at an executive level, both new and existing, to ensure continued business opportunities.  We encourage an entrepreneurial approach and have the latest recruitment technology and systems available to support your success in the role.

The Associate Director is a 360 role and we want self motivated and results driven individuals who have either held senior roles in industry or have experience in search and selection.  As an Associate Director, you will source appropriate candidates for vacant positions that client companies and businesses need to fill. You will be responsible for shortlisting candidates with the right skills, qualifications and experience to be successful in the given role.

As part of your role, you will be expected to:

• Generate leads and create a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from sourcing jobs and candidates, arranging interviews and managing the offer process
• Headhunt where necessary to identify and attract outstanding candidates
• Visit clients and seek to build long-lasting relationships with a variety of different sized companies.
