Associate Director Marketing

12 Months Fixed Term Contract, Full time, 37 hours per week

Band 8 - £57,696 to £66,857 per annum

About the Post

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Directorate of Marketing, Communications and International as Associate Director Marketing (Maternity Cover) and play a key role in delivering the University of Suffolk’s growth objectives.

In this role, you will have responsibility for the development and delivery of marketing and UK student recruitment strategies, plans and activities that will deliver a step change in our UK student recruitment growth and support the wider business objectives of the University.

About you

An excellent communicator, you will lead and motivate a high-performing team across the areas of student recruitment, marketing, business partnering, market insight, admissions, and conversion.

You will have a strong background in marketing and will have experience in developing and delivering successful campaigns that have delivered measurable growth outcomes.

You will be evidence based in your approach, have an excellent eye for detail, but will also be a problem solver who can provide creative and impactful solutions.

As Associate Director Marketing (Maternity Cover) you will be a key part of the Directorate leadership team, ensuring a collective approach to achieving business results and embedding a culture of professional leadership, excellent service, and empowerment.
