Day to Day

• Strategically manage and lead the Health & Safety function.
• Motivate and develop the department to achieve performance goals.
• Implement a hands-on culture emphasizing meticulous service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize technology to optimize efficiency and cost savings.
• Report on departmental metrics and address issues promptly.
• Foster internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Own the budget and drive commercial success through resource optimization.
