We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join an established HNW insurance broker as a Private Client Associate Director. This role will primarily focus on development and requires a candidate who has a proven track record in building strong relationships and placing Private Client / HNW Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with HNW individuals and clients to generate business opportunities.
- Utilise your own contacts and strategies to drive production and contribute to the overall growth of the business
- Capitalise on available support, such as introductions, referrals, and cross selling opportunities
- Over time, inherit existing clients and further expand client base through exceptional service and relationship management
- Liaise with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate and secure favourable terms and coverage for clients

Requirements:
- Track record in the Private Client / HNW Insurance industry
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining fruitful relationships with HNW individuals and clients
- Strong knowledge and understanding of insurance products and coverages in the Private Client segment
- Being hands on and handling all client transactions, production, renewals, claims and MTAs etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in relevant software and databases
