Associate Director - Property Management - London - Up To £80K

An opportunity has arisen for an experience Property Manager to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy, in their Property Asset Management department. The role focuses on office and retail Property Management, particularly Shopping Centre assets in London and the South East.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple commercial properties including office and retail assets

• Liaising with internal departments

• Generating ideas to maximise client’s portfolios

• Managing rent reviews and lease renewals

• Dealing with occupier enquiries

• Dealing with service charge budgets

• Accurately updating management databases on the appropriate software’s

• Developing and maintaining client relationships

• Writing clear reports

• Assisting in the management of a team

Skills Required:

• MRICS qualified

• Full UK driving licence

• Previous commercial PM experience is essential

• Knowledge of PM databases such as TRAMPS

• Some FM/Operations experience is desired
