- Post-chartered experience in a reputable consultancy
- Proven business development abilities - comfortable networking with and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Expert knowledge of quantity surveying best practices, technologies and compliance
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent field
