Associate Director Quantity Surveying

A dynamic and growing multidisciplinary Consultancy, with a strong presence across the UK through its 7 offices, is actively seeking a dedicated and ambitious Associate Director with a Quantity Surveying background to join their team in Manchester.

The Associate Director Role

In this diverse and engaging role, the new Associate Director will work in close partnership with the firm's Directors and Partners. This position involves managing a team of surveyors, leading project delivery, and actively participating in the development and acquisition of new business. A key aspect of this role is to foster a collaborative environment, promoting innovation, cross-departmental support, and cost-effective practices.

The projects under this role span a broad range of sectors, including Retail, Industrial & Logistics, Commercial, Residential, Education, Student Accommodation, Automotive, and Roadside. The Consultancy is poised for significant growth, with an exciting project pipeline set for the next two years.

This position offers limitless progression opportunities, providing a clear path to a Director role and beyond. It is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to advance in their career, or an existing Associate Director seeking a new challenge in a role where their contributions are valued and impactful.

The Associate Director

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Eager to get involved in business development, work winning
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• Strong Consultancy background
