Key Accountabilities:
- Manage high-profile restructuring engagements, including advisory work (independent business reviews etc.), external options processes, and formal insolvency work.
- Lead project teams and oversee day-to-day work to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including managing senior-level client relationships.
- Business development, including identifying new business opportunities and leading client proposals.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on complex issues affecting their businesses.
- Manage project budgets and evaluate project progress to identify and mitigate risks.
- Coach and develop junior members of the team, supporting their career progression.
- A local network of contacts and the willingness to build further market presence in the local area
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of restructuring, insolvency, with experience in both Restructuring Advisory and Insolvency
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACA or ACCA)
- JIEB preferred but not mandatory
- Proven track record of managing high-profile restructuring engagements.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
