Associate Director

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a Specialist Town Planning Consultancy in London with the hire of an Associate Director. This is a permanent role.
Our client is a young, growing planning consultancy founded and run by some of the most experienced and respected practitioners in the industry. The company works with a variety of clients on schemes that range in size and complexity.
Within this company, you will have access to the Commercial, Education, Estate Regeneration, Healthcare, Heritage, Hotel, Infrastructure, Mixed-Use, Residential, Sports & Leisure, Strategic Land and Student accommodation sectors.
In this role, you will work alongside a sizeable and well-balanced team and help provide the following services to your clients;
-Strategic Advice
-Planning Appraisals
-Prior Approval Applications
-Appeals
-Expert Evidence
-EIA's (if skilled, otherwise the team have EIA Planners)
-Placemaking Consultancy
-Land Promotion
-Heritage
