Description
- Provide legal advice on all employment related matters
- Develop and implement employment policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Handle employment litigation matters
- Conduct internal investigations into employment matters
- Provide training to staff on employment law issues
- Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Work closely with HR and management teams
Profile
A successful Employment Legal Counsel should have:
- Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid legal practice certificate
- Knowledge of employment law
- Experience in handling employment litigation
- Ability to give clear and concise legal advice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
