Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and monitoring design and technical specifications from a team of Mechanical Engineers & QAQC their work.
- Leading projects on behalf of the MEP group, managing project resources, client relationships and delivering high quality solutions for our clients.
- Guiding junior engineers through their professional development.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and working with leadership to secure new work for the group.
- Dynamically work as a member of the design team, contributing ideas and innovative solutions across a variety of projects.
Key requirements:
- A creative, pioneering individual with an enthusiasm for leading teams to create and deliver simple, efficient solutions to complex problems.
- 8-10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and HVAC experience
- BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or relevant degree.
- Chartered Engineer – MCIBSE
- Short stay ad-hoc UK and international travel may be required (typically Europe and Middle East)
