Salary for a Trainee Paraplanner £25,000 - £32,000
You will be provided with comprehensive 5-year training program to become either a Senior Paraplanner or Financial Adviser. For those new to the industry, the program involves 4 years of developing you Paraplanning skills, followed by 12 months of transition to a Senior or Financial Adviser role. The duration may vary based on previous experience, demonstrating their commitment to personalised career development.

Responsibilities:
- Skill Development: Engage in a structured training program to develop Paraplanning skills, including writing in-depth suitability reports for NHS clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a Chartered Financial Adviser and Chartered Paraplanner, participating in Annual Review reports and direct client interactions to understand and address their financial requirements.
- Mentorship: Receive ongoing mentorship and full study support, including paid exams and study leave, to achieve CII Chartered level certification.
- Client Focus: Contribute to maintaining a distinguished client book cultivated over 25 years through referrals, reflecting the trust and reputation built by the Advisers.
