Requirements:
- 3+ years or more PQE
- STEP qualification or working towards it
- Demonstrable technical ability and excellent drafting skills
- Ability to work flexibly in other HCR offices as required
- Collaborative approach to successfully manage client relationships
- Teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, ambitious, and organized with a keen eye for detail
- Willingness to mentor and guide junior team members
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-grade, profitable fee-earning support in the Private Client Team
- Advise and manage a wide range of Private Client issues, including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates, and tax
- Develop and maintain knowledge on Private Client issues, collaborating with colleagues across the team to share insights
- Contribute to business development opportunities and identify networking opportunities internally and externally, including marketing and cross-selling.
