Job description

This new full-time post is available from March 2024 on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home. We are also able to support requests for flexible hours.  Summary of the roleWe are looking for an experienced and well-organised administrator to support the delivery of two of the Learning Futures Institute iniatives: Exeter Education Incubator and Global Classrooms. The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the Exeter Education Incubator Programme Manager and the Global Classrooms Programme Manager.   You will be responsible for daily administrative tasks that contribute to and support the delivery of the Exeter Education Incubator and Global Classrooms. Key areas of activity are event and project logistics, communications and marketing, finance and budgets, reporting and responding to enquiries from our vaired audiences across our different channels.  About youWe are looking for someone with excellent organisational, IT and communication skills, with experience of updating documents, including distrubiting funding calls and reports, planning and delivering a variety of network events, experience of creating digital content for use on social media platforms with a proven ability to disseminate information effectively to a variety of audiences. You should have a flexible, professional and proactive approach to work, a proven ability to work effectively as both a part of a team and independently to deliver multiple objectives within a vaired workload, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.  Please ensure you read the Job Description and Person Specification on our site for full details of this role.
