Overview We are looking for a School Executive Support Assistant (ESA) who is resourceful, innovative, proactive and can seamlessly adjust in a changing and challenging environment. Responsibilities To be part of a team providing a shared support function to the School Executive members including providing administrative support in order to deliver the operational requirements of the School Executive. To support the formal governance structure through comprehensive committee support to include producing agenda, taking formal minutes and following up action plans. To support informal meetings led by the Executive and Directors, to include producing agenda and tracking decisions and actions. To coordinate and collate documentation required for meetings, utilising technology such as Teams to promote effective and paperless ways of working. To liaise effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of internal and external colleagues, eg students, senior managers, administrative and academic colleagues and arepresentatives from professional external bodies.
