SalaryArdent is a growing medico-legal consultancy that supports doctors specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury.
Your role will be to support our doctor expert members with the development and administration of their medico-legal practices in the role of Medico-Legal PA / Administrator.
What's On Offer:
- Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours. No weekend or evening shifts. (Regular working hours are 9-5 )
- Extended Annual Leave Allowance - 28 days annual leave + festival days where the office is closed. (in 2024 = total 35 days. in 2025 = total 34 days)

Duties and responsibilities: What Will I Be Doing?
- Supporting our expert members with the management of their medico-legal claims
- Liaising with solicitors
- Managing your own workload (inbox and daily tasks)
- Managing an active caseload
- Actively building and maintaining client relationships
- Working closely with other colleagues on case management
- Ensuring CRM is kept updated and inbound information is logged
What Skills Do I Need?
- A high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- CRM experience
- Client relations experience
- Ability to work independently, methodically and accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient in use of all main Microsoft Programs
What Experience Do I Need?
No industry experience is required, but would be beneficial.
We require candidates to have a minimum of 4 years of office-based admin experience.
