The Service Administrator Role Overview:
- Responsible for monitoring and uploading of daily service reports.
- Investigating incidents and giving feedback to our clients.
- Working as a customer liaison regarding any issues, activity, or maintenance on site.
- Providing assistance to the field engineering team.
- Logging service requirements onto the CRM system.
- Completing daily site reports.

Your Experience:
- 1 years experience within a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding customer service credentials.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to work within a team.
This role will require the BS7858 clearance.
