We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator.
Experience Preferred:
- Customer Service
- High level user of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Previous experience in practical use of operating systems in a Manufacturing environment.
Duties include:
- Monitor and follow-up customer chassis delivery timing.
- Booking chassis in/out - including scanning copy documents to customers.
- Informing customers when jobs are ready for collection/delivery from PDI Sheet at the end of each day.
- Interact with customers regarding vehicles on site awaiting collection
- Prepare, confirm and post daily pick-up schedule, vehicle location and key availability.
- Weekly customer report updates.
- Order confirmations to customers.
- Liaising with customers, updating them throughout the build process.
- Develop and maintain effective processes and clear status reports.
