Duties of our Office Administratorwill include:
- Dealing with clients enquires by telephone and e-mail
- Responding to queries and requests by telephone, e-mail and fax
- Some PA duties and any other related duties as required
- Candidates should be able to work on their own initiative and be able to complete set tasks on their own
What we are looking for in our Office Administrator:
- Good written and verbal communication and administration skills
- PC Literate with experience of E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel
- Flexibility
- Good, professional telephone manner
- You must be honest, reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Full training on bespoke company software and system will be provided
