Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying.
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Mircosoft Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
