An opportunity has arisen for a Branch Administrator to join our thriving property company, the role will be based at our Manchester Branch.
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable individual. If you are looking for a role to kick start your career in property and have a strong skill set in administration and are looking to work for a business with real progression, then this is the role for you.
The Role:
- Supporting the branch team and the wider business
- Answering telephone and email inquiries
- Arranging property viewing appointments
- Arranging property key returns and collections
- Arranging office supplies
- Arranging service and MOT’s for a number of vehicles used at branch
- Ad hoc administration tasks to support the needs of the branch
- Conducting viewings and video tours
To be successful in this role:
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
- Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
- Smart and well presented
- Prior experience working within the property industry is highly beneficially but not essential
- Strong levels of customer service and prepared to go above and beyond
- Can-do attitude
