The client is a fast growing Oldham based building services business located close to tram links and the town centre.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Office Administrator. This position will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong computer skills, and a keen eye for organisation.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Photcopying, filing, emails and general document preparation
- recording information on internal systems
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide general admin support to the office staff
Qualifications:
- minumum six months experience in an office environment
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
