PageGroup are delighted to support with the appointment of a temporary Part Time HR Business Partner (3 days per week) for a busy and successful manufacturing business in Coventry.

This role can offer some hybrid working but there is some flexibility required to travel to other sites around the UK.

This is a temporary assignment to support with sickness cover for circa 2 months - with possible extension.

Description

Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner and working alongside a team of HR Business Partners, this is a busy and varied role. You will mostly be based from Coventry however, you will also offer support to other sites around the UK and travel will be required business needs dependent.

The role will support with a wide range of operational and strategic matters including but not limited to:

• Support the operational sites with a wide range of complex employee relations matters including sickness, absence, grievances, disciplinaries, restructures and reorganisations
• Manage recruitment campaigns for salaried vacancies
• Conduct exit interviews for salaried leavers and co-ordinate regular reports and analysis relating to staff retention
• Review appropriate contractual documentation to employees in relation to appointments, terminations and variations to terms and conditions, in line with statutory timescales
• Support with organisational change
• Delivering strategic HR objective
• Establish and build collaborative and productive relationships with all management, employees and site trade union representatives

Profile

A successful Part Time HR Business Partner should have:

• Experience of working in a similar generalist HRBP role, managing a high volume of ER casework

• Previous experience of working with Trade Unions

• Happy to travel business needs dependent

Job Offer

Up to Circa £250-300 per day
